How it works
Two simple steps, and a doctor reviews every result before you see it.
1. Find your blood test
Browse our health screens, search the A to Z of tests, or tell our test finder how you feel and it will suggest the right tests. The test finder never diagnoses. If something you describe needs a doctor first, it tells you where to get help instead.
Add the tests you want to your panel. You can see the total at the bottom of the screen.
2. Book your appointment
Choose a time at our Battersea clinic (no extra charge), or choose a home visit (+£80) at checkout. You pay at your appointment.
Your confirmation email shows the date, time and address only. Your tests are never named in emails.
Then: your results
- Your sample goes to The Doctors Laboratory, a UKAS accredited laboratory.
- Most results are ready in 1 to 2 days. Some specialist tests take longer, and each test shows its time.
- A GMC-registered doctor reviews every result and adds a comment before you see it.
- If anything needs action, a doctor contacts you directly.
- You can book a doctor's consultation to talk through your results, and share them with your NHS GP if you'd like to.
Not for emergencies. We don't offer urgent tests such as D-dimer or troponin. If you think you might have a blood clot or a heart attack, call 999 or go to A&E. For other urgent worries, call NHS 111.
